Cornell Warranty Information
Cornell warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty-six (36) months from the date of manufacture, under normal use and service. You can now extend your warranty of your Cornell Call System for an additional 7 years; giving you a full 10 years guaranteed warranty protection against defects in materials and workmanship. Every Cornell product that leaves the Cornell manufacturing plant is backed by our standard 3 year warranty. To extend that warranty 7 years, giving you 10 years of warranty protection, simply complete our online registration form.
- Obligation of CORNELL is limited to repairing or replacing, any part, which shall be proved defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is void if the product is altered, damaged, damaged by lighting, or repaired by anyone other than CORNELL personnel. No other warranty, express or implied, will be allowed unless agreed to in writing by the factory.
- 36 month Warranty does not apply to 3rd Party OEM products which carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please verify OEM warranty with your Cornell Regional Account Manager if you have any questions.
10-Year Extended Warranty Form
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1st, 2013, Cornell has extended their product warranty to an additional 7 years (84 months) from the date of manufacture, under normal use and service. To extend that warranty 7 years, giving you 10 years of warranty protection, simply complete our online registration form or return the warranty card that was included with your shipment.
When a completed form is returned, Cornell warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years (120 months) from the date of manufacture, under normal use and service. Obligation of Cornell is limited to repairing or replacing any part which shall be proved defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. PLEASE NOTE: Neither the standard 3-Year (36 months) or 7-Year (84 months) Extended Warranty is applicable to third-party OEM products which carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please verify the OEM warranty with Cornell.
